Summer Ball Giveaway Rules
Elegible contestants are those who buy a Stuff4Dudes DVD from stuff4dudes.com between the dates of midnight May 14, 2008 to midnight August 31, 2008. The decision as to which autographed ball goes to which winner is left to the complete discretion of Stuff4Dudes, LLC. If a winner declines the prize or fails to respond within a week of notification, additional names will be drawn as required until all three balls have a suitable home.
The balls are offered as-is. No warrantee is offered or implied. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred.
Neither Stuff4Dudes, Stuff4Dudes’ sponsors, nor employees of Stuff4Dudes or sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner. Stuff4Dudes is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by Stuff4Dudes.
If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Stuff4Dudes may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
Management, employees and families of Stuff4Dudes are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by Stuff4Dudes.
Stuff4Dudes reserves the right to alter any rules of any contest at anytime.
By accepting a prize, winner grants permission to Stuff4Dudes, LLC to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information and/or biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without future compensation unless prohibited by law.
